These meads are available in six different flavours which are described below:

SWEET: Fermented with Welsh Wildflower Honey to give the true taste of honey mead.

HEATHER: fermented with Heather honey to give a rich luxurious taste which goes well with cheese in the same way that Port does

GINGER: The perfect combination of sweet honey and tangy ginger. A superior Ginger drink

BLACKBERRY: Fermented with Blackberry juice to give a sumptuously fruity taste. Great as a liquer, can be poured over ice cream and is sensational in a crumble

Raspberry: Like Blackberry but with more raspberry sharpness.

APRICOT: Fruity, but with the tart flavour of Apricots and a distinct Almond nose
